 NSS Mini Store

The NSS Mini Store is a student-driven social enterprise and Startup Project with Udyam Registration-Reg. NO:  UDYAM-KL-03-0002529, that promotes sustainability, creativity, and community support. It serves as a platform where NSS volunteers can manage sales of eco-friendly, thrift, handmade, or up cycled items while raising funds for charity and NSS activities.

Objectives

• Encourage self-reliance and entrepreneurship among students.

• Promote eco-friendly and sustainable lifestyle choices.

• Provide a platform for student talent (craft, art, handmade items, thrift).

• Generate funds for NSS social service projects.

• Support local artisans / community through collaboration.

Products/Services

• Eco-friendly kits (cloth/jute bags, Paper Pen etc).
• Handmade items (bookmarks, jewelry).
• Thrift & collectibles (second-hand books, clothes, vinyls, toys).
• Food stall (Mini Café model): homemade snacks during events.
• On-demand services: Posters and custom gifts.

Implementation Plan

• Identify Theme & Product Line: Thrift, eco-friendly, or mixed.
• Partnerships: Collaborate with local vendors/artisans.
• Setup: small stall/table at campus events or permanent kiosk space.
• Promotion: Posters, social media, NSS outreach.
• Revenue Use: Part reinvested in store, part donated to NSS causes.
